Somehow (by the grace of God I am sure) we have not experienced stitches, staples, or any broken bones with our children. HOWEVER...Abby is sure to be the 1st. This summer she walked in front of our neighbor's swing set, while a friend was on the glider. Abby ended up with quite the shiner for a week...but no stitches.
Last night she went head first into either the couch, or Boo (the dog). Now, it's not nearly as bad as the black eye this summer, but it is the same eye. Mark my words...she will be the first!
